Shapers of Hospitality is an author-led portrait series developed for Tivoli. The project focuses on individuals whose work defines the culture and character of the brand, positioning hospitality as a human practice rather than a service structure.

Each episode centres on presence and professional identity, observing gestures, routines and personal narratives that shape the guest experience. The visual language remains restrained and deliberate, allowing voice and environment to articulate the ethos of the institution without overt staging. The series frames hospitality as lived culture, built through people rather than infrastructure.
